This is the main downside of living in a condo, specially those near the beach that are usually richer in additional features that you may not want to pay for.
If you want to swim in your condominium pool, enjoy a billiard match with friends and use fitness equipment located at 30 seconds from your apartment, and you also enjoy the beach and summer parties then a beach condominium is what you really need.
